What is bull call spread.....
one is expecting to touch market above 11200 while nifty is trading at 10866 as on 13 feb, 2019 around 1.20 pm
One can initiate bull spread by .....
Buying 11100 call @ 18
Selling 11200 call @ 9.7
Net cost will be 8.3 rs per lot value will be 622.5 rs
In case, Nifty on 28 feb, 2019 doesn't touch at 11100 then Loss per lot will be rs. 622.5, while nifty close at 11200 then net gain will be rs. 100-8.3= 91.7*75 comes 6,877.5 rs
