            It is a part of the Walchand Group, having business interests in Motor Car sales & services (Auto Division) and running restaurants (Hospitality Division). Presently, BCMA is having a service center at churchgate for servicing premium segment vehicles also run Grade-I Restaurants in South Mumbai namely; CANTO, The Liquid Lounge & Bellissima. BCMA is an associate/Group Company of Walchandnagar Industries ltd an Engineering Conglomerate.



Automobile:

BCMA Ltd. has been in the business of Sales, Service and Repairs of Multi Brand Vehicles for the last 100 years. BCMA MOTORS (a Division of Bombay Cycle & Motor Agency Ltd.) is a Service Centre For servicing of Premium Segment Vehicles



BCMA Ltd. has a strong set-up of servicing team which is fully trained and has complete knowledge about products and market. The Service Station of the Company is well known for the quality of services rendered to customers.


BCMA Ltd. has a properly set up spares department and the same is manned by experienced personnel.

They are amongst the most elite restaurants in Mumbai. The multiplex of restaurants has been conceptually and eloquently been intended for the indulgent lords and ladies of society having an affinity for dining. The said Restaurants cater to walk-in customers and also provide Banqueting Services. We serve Indian, Italian, Mid-Eastern, Mexican, Shashlik Meals, Continental Food etc.





Profit & Loss Account of company.....




 Lets Look in the future of Bomaby Cycle & Motor of last 9 years number, Business seems Constant around 7-8 cr. while company is operating at 15-16% margin which comes almost 1 cr. per year. While other income from investment is coming almost 1 cr. which comes around 50 Rs. Earning per shares even company does not do anything, Which indirectly comes 5% yield with respect to price of share.



Balance Sheet of the Company.....

The Balance sheet of company, last 9 years one can easily observe that Reserves of the company rose 300% in last 9 years. With such thin equity company can come up with sudden excellent offer to the shareholders and make happy with completion of 100 years of company.



Company has made investment of 7 Cr. from which around 1 Cr is coming every year from liquid fund and such investment. Co hold Few lakh shares of Listed company but which are running in loss.
